I think it's because of the new update my computer gotten, Windows 10. I did a bit of research and I read that Windows 10 doesn't have Windows Movie Maker, so can someone please inform me of what other video making program I could use?

- It needs to be free. I can't afford anything that will cost money like this.
- It has to be online, unless it's safe to download on Windows.
